Who we are
My Share Mart (mysharemart.com), reached at youbond.co.in@gmail.com and +91 95207 36868. This policy covers the website mysharemart.com and the My Share Mart mobile app.
What we collect
The details you give us to open and run an account: name, email address, mobile number and a password (stored only as a one-way hash). If you complete KYC: date of birth, PAN, address, the last four digits of your Aadhaar (never the full number), bank account details (stored encrypted), nominee details and the documents you upload. Your watchlists, orders, alerts, support messages and call records. Basic technical data — device type, IP address and app version — to keep the service secure.
Why we use it
To open and operate your account, verify your identity, show your portfolio and orders, answer support requests, send service notifications and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Documents and bank details
Identity documents are kept in private storage that is not reachable from the internet, and are opened only by you and by the staff who review KYC. Bank account numbers are encrypted at rest and shown masked (XXXX1234).
Who else sees it
Service providers that run parts of the service for us (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messages, push notifications) under confidentiality obligations, and authorities where the law requires it. Market prices shown in the app come from third-party data sources; no personal data is sent to them.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at youbond.co.in@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You can withdraw consent to promotional messages at any time.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a little local storage for preferences such as your last-chosen chart period. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
