Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and My Share Mart (mysharemart.com), reached at youbond.co.in@gmail.com and +91 95207 36868. Opening an account means you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure.
What the service is today
My Share Mart provides market information — prices, charts, market movers, sectors and news — and a trading account that runs on VIRTUAL funds at real market prices. Orders you place are filled inside My Share Mart against market prices; they are not sent to any stock exchange, and no real securities are bought or sold. No real money is accepted for trading.
Real-money trading
Real-money trading in securities in India may be offered only by a stock broker registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), or through one. My Share Mart will offer real-money trading only through such a registered broker, and this page will then name the broker and its SEBI registration number. Until that page says so, never send money to anyone claiming to trade for you on behalf of My Share Mart.
Prices and data
Prices come from third-party sources and may be delayed; every screen says whether prices are live or delayed. Data can be wrong or late. Nothing on My Share Mart is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Your account
One person per account, aged 18 or over. Keep your password and codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it to mislead anyone about prices, returns or your own trading results. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on information shown, or for losses from delayed or incorrect data.
Grievances
Write to youbond.co.in@gmail.com with your Client ID. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 15.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
